The project is supported by three major groups of public and private entities. The initial consortium was made up of a private-public-partnership between the private parties HITEC Luxembourg S.A., SES, Luxembourg Air Ambulance as technical parties and the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Directorate for Development Cooperation.

The operational partners of emergency.lu are the "Administration des services de secours", the World Food Programme and the Emergency Telecommunication Cluster.

In the mean time emergency.lu is being supported by the technical partners Skype and Ericsson Response.
