emergency.lu is intended to fill the communication gap in the first hours and days after a disaster has happened. To ensure the rapid deployment to the disaster site, our team is relying on a fleet of small airplanes, being ready to leave within 2 hours after an alert has been issued.

Our 24/7 on-duty technical and expert staff supports our operational partners during the deployment.

As a part of our quality and reliability promise, the technical parties and partners are doing regular pre-emptive maintenance on all technical equipments. Frequent trainings and drills of deployment staff ensure the required level of know-how and expertise.
