1. The emergency.lu website

emergency.lu collects no personal data other than the IP addresses contained in the server logs. These are collected for security reasons. User consent is not required before visiting this website.

The controller for these processing operations is the government authority, ministry, administration, or any other government organisation that is solely or jointly responsible for this website (the “Body”). For this website the Body is the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defense, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade.Users can file claims relating to the protection of their personal data through the various communication channels available, and directly to the controller who, in this case, is the Body responsible for this website. 1.3. Processing in connection with audience measurement

2. emergency.lu applications and services

2.1. Purpose and scope

This section of the privacy policy will explain how The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs (the Body), as data collector, will use the personal information that is collected from you when you access the emergency.lu services, including the emergency.lu applications.

Your personal data will be used to provide and improve the services. By using the emergency.lu services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this privacy policy.

As part of providing and managing the emergency.lu services, your data may be shared with SES and HITEC Luxembourg. The emergency.lu Handbook application is maintained by SES TechCom S.A. The emergency.lu portal is managed and maintained by HITEC Luxembourg.

We securely store your data at our password protected database.
